What a good pilot looks like

Three signals we look for.

    Signal 01

    Volume in the 50-500 monthly bracket

    Teams already running structured phone screens or first-round technical interviews at this volume see the largest delta. Less than 50 a month and the manual workflow still wins; more than 500 and we sequence onboarding deliberately.

    Signal 02

    Rubric ownership inside the team

    Pilots ship best when the customer can name a rubric owner -- usually a hiring manager, head of talent, or in-house recruiter -- who can author the four-layer prompt overrides and approve the published version.

    Signal 03

    Comfort being a reference, eventually

    Pilots are confidential during the beta. As we exit beta, we ask permission to publish a case study with the customer's logo and a named quote. Reference-readiness is not a condition; it is something we hope you opt in to once the data is in.
